At Lorrac Developments we provide turnkey demolition services for small and large-scale projects.

Small scale demolition projects are quite a simple process and may be carried out either manually or with the use of our large hydraulic equipment including excavators and bulldozers.

Large scale demolition projects may require the use of our rock-breaker (particularly effective for cutting or breaking through wood, steel and concrete) or our wrecking ball which is swung by our crane into the side of a building (especially effective against masonry).

• All materials are separated prior to disposal to a suitable licensed facility
• Equipment salvage is provided
• All work is carried out in strict accordance with regulations and safe working standards
• Assessment reports and method statements are carried out for each project
