Who Are We?
We are a family business, bringing experience coupled with personal attention to each project. Founded by brothers Jimmy and Brendan Carroll over 20 years ago Lorrac have a strong reputation for quality in the Residential, Commercial and Contracting sector.
Our Story so far:
Our business started in 1989 when we undertook a development on Balkill Road, Howth for McGowan Civil Engineering in Kells. Our next major milestone was undertaking the Beaubec residential development in Drogheda on behalf of Buvinda. Probably most challenging project to date has been the construction of 464 houses for Manor Park Homes at Termon Abbey, Drogheda. Our company has grown consistently over the past two decades, taking on new challenges, refining our own style and developing our ethos for quality and value for money. This ethos is a major contributor to our history but it is an even more important part of our future.
We are particularly proud of the outstanding quality of the new Duleek Business Park which we feel offers a level of high quality finish that is important in allowing our clients to distinguish themselves to their customers in turn.
